On Arrival

The arrangements we make with our guests for their arrival vary slightly depending which cottage you have booked. Wherever possible we try to meet you upon arrival to hand over your key and to familiarize you with the cottage.

What time can I arrive?

We normally ask that you arrive after 3pm on the first day of your booking, to allow time for the cleaning and general preparation of the cottage, but the actual time of our arrival will be arranged on an individual basis.

What if I'm going to be delayed?

Provided you let us know at the earliest opportunity a delayed arrival time is unlikely to cause a problem. The car park and pathways are all surfaced and well lit.
